The final round of the 'Gran turismo World Series' 2025 Online Qualifiers - Manufacturers Cup was hosted on 19 April, deciding the 12 manufacturers that will compete in the 'World Series Rd.1-3' and 'World Finals' live events.

The 12 qualified manufacturers and their representative drivers, who secured their spot in the live events by placing 1st in the Points Ranking (GT1 League) for their Region are listed below. 12 competitors representing Asia-Oceania will compete on Saturday, 7 June in the 'World Series Rd.1 - London.'

(In the event that a place becomes available due to the withdrawal of a competitor, then that place will be awarded to the next highest-ranking competitor in the Online Qualifiers ranking. Under certain circumstances, a competitor may be asked to replace a competitor from the same manufacturer but belonging to a different Region in any given Round.)
